1. Closing of the lease
With the reservation, the tenant proceeds to the rental contract of a holiday home. Reservations can be made in writing, orally or by telephone. The User who made the reservation also does so on behalf of all other Users mentioned in the reservation, assuming responsibility for the contractual obligations. Acceptance does not require a particular form.
If the content of the booking confirmation deviates from the booking, it shall be considered as a new offer by the landlord, which is subject to the landlord within a period of 10 days. The contract is concluded on the basis of this new offer when the tenant gives his acceptance within the fixed period.
2. Flight mediation
In the case where the lessee books flights for the customer, his role is merely that of an intermediary. The contracting party in this case is the airline. The hirer is not responsible for the performance of the travel service. Liability is subject to the airline’s transport regulations, which are made known to the user and, if desired, will be made available to him. In the event of cancellation by the user, the user is obliged to pay the cancellation charges invoiced by the airline.
The User shall pay a deposit, which shall be deducted from the rent, at the time of conclusion of the contract. The remaining amount is to be paid at the latest three weeks before the date of arrival. Full payment of the rent is a prerequisite for handing over the property to the tenant.
4. Cancellation charges
Cancellation fees are charged immediately if the tenant cancels the booking.
Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental:
20% of the rent, but min. €150
Cancellation less than 59 days before the start of the rental period:
50% of the rent
Cancellation minus 35 days before the start of the rental period:
80% of the rent
Cancellation minus 6 days before the start of the rental and no-show by the client:
90% of the income
The receipt of the notice of cancellation to the lessor is decisive.
If a replacement tenant comes forward, there will be a handling fee of €50.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
